Roles of a writer:

 

1. A writer agrees to receive a 'problem statement' from his / her assigned coordinator.

 

2. He / She forwards the 'problem statement' to his / her assigned sub-writers. A writer behaves as a coordinator to all his / her sub-writers.

 

3. A writer attempts to solve the problem. If a solution is found then he / she communicates the solution to the coordinator.

 

4. If he / she has the added role of coordinator for a few sub-writers he / she collects the solutions from the sub-writers, analyzes them, and forwards a summary to his / her coordinator.
